UnSun was a Polish gothic metal band formed in 2006 by ex-guitarist Maurycy "Mauser" Stefanowicz of death metal band Vader. Their debut album, entitled The End of Life, was released in September 2008 by Century Media Records. Their second album Clinic for Dolls was released in 2010 via Mystic Production. Despite plans to enter the studio in 2015 to record the follow-up to Clinic for Dolls.

Unsun was formed in 2006 by me and Mauser. We are from Poland. Our actual line-up: Me as a singer -Aya- (Anna Stefanowicz), Mauser (Maurycy Stefanowicz) on the guitar, Gonzo (Wojtek Blaszkowski) and on the bass Patrick (Patryk Malinowski). The music of our band is like mix between darkness and light, day and night.

Having seen no improvement, Unsun was forced to disband in February 2016. UnSun was founded by ex- guitarist Mauser and his wife, lead vocalist Anna "Aya" Stefanowicz. The similarities between these bands are endless, and yet UnSun stands out for a few reasons. Aya, the bands lead singer, has a distinct, ditsy voice that would fit in the euro-pop scene and yet is used for a metal band. Another interest is Maurycy "Mauser" Stefanowicz's decision to quit his position as guitarist for Vader to form UnSun.
